The terms that apply when you use this website and buy a Apollo Group TV subscription from us.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website at agtv.us (the “Website”) and to any subscription you buy from Apollo Group Tv (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website or place an order.

1. Who we are

We are an independent, authorized reseller of Apollo Group TV subscriptions. We sell subscriptions, process payments, arrange activation and provide customer support. The Apollo Group TV service itself, including its channels, on-demand content and apps, is operated by its provider. See our disclaimer for more about this relationship.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and place an order.
  • You must give accurate information, including a working email address, and keep it up to date.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your account password and your subscription login details confidential, and for all activity under your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Plans and prices

  • Plans are sold for fixed periods (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and are prepaid.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. To continue, you place a renewal order.
  • Prices are shown on the Website in our store currency and include any amounts we’re required to show. We may change prices for future orders at any time; changes don’t affect orders already paid.
  • The features, channels and content available through Apollo Group TV may change from time to time. We can’t guarantee that any particular channel, programme or title will be available for the whole of your subscription.

4. Orders and payment

  • We accept payment in Bitcoin (BTC) only, sent on the Bitcoin network.
  • When you place an order, the payment page shows the amount in BTC, our receiving address and the time the amount is valid for. You must send at least the exact amount shown to the address shown, before the quote expires, and submit your transaction ID.
  • You’re responsible for any network or exchange fees charged when you send a payment, and for sending the payment correctly. Payments sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network or as a different asset may not be recoverable.
  • If you send less than the amount shown, we’ll ask you to send the difference before we activate your order. If you send more, contact us and we’ll arrange a solution.
  • An order is accepted when the payment has the number of blockchain confirmations we require and we have activated your subscription. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a payment isn’t completed. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you under our refund policy.
  • Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically after a period of time.

5. Activation and delivery

  • We aim to activate subscriptions promptly after payment confirms, but activation times can vary.
  • Your subscription period starts when we activate it. Renewal orders are added to the end of your current subscription.
  • We deliver your login details by email and show them in your account. You must keep them private.

6. Acceptable use

When you use the Website or your subscription, you agree that you will not:

  • share, resell, rent or publish your login details or let more devices stream at the same time than your subscription allows, unless you’re an approved reseller acting under a separate agreement with us;
  • record, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly show content for commercial purposes;
  • attempt to interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, the Website or our systems;
  • use the Website or service for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of Apollo Group TV complies with the laws of the country where you use it. We may suspend or end a subscription that is used in breach of these Terms, without a refund where the law allows.

7. Service availability and support

  • Apollo Group TV is delivered over the internet. Picture quality and reliability depend on your device, your network and your internet connection, which are your responsibility.
  • Channels and services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our control. We’ll do what we reasonably can to help resolve issues, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Support is provided through the channels described on our Support page.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, you can request a refund within 24 hours of activation if the service doesn’t work on your device and we can’t fix it. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

9. Reseller and affiliate programs

If you join our reseller or affiliate program, the program rules on those pages, and any separate agreement we make with you, apply in addition to these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Website’s design, text, graphics and code belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Apollo Group TV and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the service we resell.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • the Website and the service are provided “as is” and “as available”;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity;
  • our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time; plans simply end on their end date. You can ask us to close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website when you place an order applies to that order. We’ll show the date of the latest update at the top of this page.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are established, unless the law of the country where you live requires otherwise. Disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under those laws.
