How setup works
- Install the app from the link or store listing in your welcome email.
- On TV devices, you may need to allow installs from “unknown sources” for the app you use to download it.
- Open the app and enter your login details.
- Wait a moment while the channels and TV guide load.

Choosing an Android TV box
- Pick a known brand with regular software updates.
- Look for at least 2 GB of memory and enough free storage for apps.
- Prefer a model with an Ethernet port or 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
- Avoid unbranded boxes sold with pre-loaded apps or “lifetime” promises; they often run old software.
Watching on your phone
The mobile app is ideal for watching in another room or on the move. Use Wi-Fi where you can, and choose HD quality on mobile data to save data. With the screen in landscape, most players switch to full screen automatically.
