The kids section brings together channels made for children and families, from gentle preschool programmes to animated adventures and family films. It’s designed to be easy to find, so younger viewers can get to their favourite shows without wandering into the rest of the lineup.
What’s in the kids section
- Preschool channels with calm, educational programmes for the youngest viewers.
- Cartoon and animation channels for school-age children.
- Family entertainment with films and shows the whole household can watch together.
- Kids channels in other languages, which many families use to keep up a second language at home.
Making TV safer for children
Most IPTV apps let you lock categories or channels behind a PIN. The exact steps depend on your app, but they usually live under Settings → Parental control or Settings → Lock categories.
- Open the app’s settings and set a parental control PIN.
- Lock the adult and late-night categories you don’t want children to see.
- Add the kids channels to favourites so they’re the first thing children see.
Many TVs and streaming devices also have their own child profiles and PIN settings. Using both gives you an extra layer of control.
We recommend setting a PIN before handing the remote to children. If you can’t find the parental control option in your app, ask us and we’ll point you to it.
A simpler setup for little ones
- Use a dedicated device such as an old tablet or a spare streaming stick in the children’s room.
- Keep a short favourites list with just their channels.
- Use catch-up on supported channels, so a missed episode isn’t a crisis.
